would book here again
The Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath was fantastic. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a comfy bed. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. The kitchen was modern with a nice coffee machine. Aubrey was super helpful, providing tips and carrying my bags. I felt safe and had a great time.

The Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath offered a comfortable bed and soothing air conditioning. The bathroom amenities were clean, and I appreciated the heated floors. Access to a shared kitchen made it easy to grab coffee whenever I wanted. Aubrey, the houseman, really stood out—he was super helpful and always available when I needed tips about the area. The location in Harlem felt safe and was close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. However, the noise from the water pipes above during the night was quite distracting. Also, the oven in the kitchen was cluttered and not very easy to use, which made cooking a bit challenging. Overall, while there were some inconveniences, the charm of the place and the welcoming atmosphere made for a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time exploring NYC while staying at this charming place. The kids loved the spacious kitchen, especially the coffee machine for our morning caffeine fix. Plus, the subway was a short walk, making it easy to hit the major attractions.

The place is close to everything, which made it easy to grab drinks and head out for food. We also enjoyed chilling in the common areas and loved the comfortable beds. Perfect for a group adventure! We hit up a local bar and explored some tasty restaurants during our stay.
One night, the hot water in the shower was acting up, which was a bit frustrating. We could have definitely used a better system for addressing maintenance issues. Other than that, the experience was enjoyable.

The historic charm provided a unique experience, and the modern kitchen was a highlight for preparing meals. However, I encountered issues with loud noise from the heating system that disrupted my rest. Additionally, the cleanliness of the shower left something to be desired, affecting my comfort. It’s worth noting that there was no coffee during my evening stay, making mornings a bit less convenient.

Just a nice choice for a swift stopover in New York with excellent value for money. The light switch for the bed lights was not next to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Make sure to double check all appliance instructions before using them.
